Triple sec 15ml
Sweet and sour 60ml
Scoop of ice
Combine products, blend together and serve in a salt rimmed martini glass with a lime wedge

Espresso martini

Double Shot of espresso
30ml Vanilla vodka,
30ml Patron Café,
Coffee cream
Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans


Russian standard Vodka 30ml
Triple sec 15ml
Cranberry 60ml
3 lime wedges

Squeeze lime into shaker, add all other ingredients over ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim


Baileys 30ml
Frangelico 30ml
Kahlua 30ml
Honey 1 teaspoon
Chocolate sauce
Put teaspoon of honey into bottom of hurricane glass. Rim the inside of the glass with chocolate sauce. Into a shaker add ice, baileys, Kahlua, Frangelico and cream. Rock the ingredients of the shaker, do not shake. Pour contents of shaker into glass and top with ice if necessary. Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chocolate powder.

Long island iced tea

SauzaTequila 15ml
Triple sec 15ml
GordonsGin 15ml
Bacardi 15ml
Russian standardVodka 15ml
Lime cordial 30ml

Build over a full glass of ice. Turn into glass once and top with ice again before finishing with coke. Served in a hurricane glass


Bacardi 30ml
3 lime wedges
sugar syrup
Soda water

Muddle mint, lime and sugar syrup in the bottom of the glass (be careful not to over work the mint). Add Bacardi and shake lightly over ice. Pour into a tall glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lime.

French martini

Russian Vodka 30ml
Chambord 15ml
Pineapple juice 60ml

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Mango daiquiri

Bacardi 30ml
Suntory Mango liquor 15ml
Mango 3 slices
Scoop of ice

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with mint.
