What’s your favourite food? Crunchy nibbles like wasabi peas, almonds, pistachio nuts.

What’s your favourite dish? A vegetarian curry with lots of heat and flavour.

What’s your favourite drink? An old fashioned or chartreuse green and cloudy apple.

What’s the best meal at Haynes Bar and Grill? The famous steak sandwich. It’s the perfect balance of value, quality and quantity.

What’s your background? I’m Freo born and bred, but moved around the country growing up. I’ve worked in venues from nightclubs, to bars and restaurants, meeting a broad spectrum of guests. My parents both met and worked in bars, so naturally I wanted to try it out – I haven’t looked back since day one!
