What’s your favourite food? There’s nothing like a plate of meat – give me a medium to well done rump every day.

What’s your favourite dish? Rump steak with mushroom sauce.

What’s your favourite drink? I make my own brew and it’s pretty good.

What’s the best meal at Haynes Bar and Grill? The rump steak.

What’s your background? Bottle shop and bars for more than 20 years. I can pour a beer if I need to and I could jump in the kitchen and cook.
